Finding a really good decaf coffee has honestly been a challenge for me. A lot of them taste flat or watered down but this one is smooth, rich, and actually satisfying. It feels like real coffee, not a compromise.

As much as I enjoy coffee, I’ve become mindful about caffeine, especially in midlife when cortisol levels can already run higher. Too much caffeine can put extra stress on the nervous system, and I’ve noticed I feel more balanced when I’m not overdoing it.
